Dunn's River Falls
This is probably one of the most talked about attractions in Jamaica. It is located near Ocho Rios and you can take a trip there and climb the falls. The falls has several step like features that allow you to stop, hang out and get some great pictures on your way up! You also want to consider water shoes when doing this activity to give you some added grip on your feet.
Bob Marley Museum
The Bob Marley Museum is located in Kingston and is dedicated to one of Jamaica's most legendary musicians, Bob Marley. You get to walk around and see where Bob Marley grew up and learn about his history. This is a great informational trip that allows you to learn about the legend himself.
Rose Hall Great House
Rose Hall is a Jamaican, Georgian style mansion in Montego Bay with a panoramic view of the coast. It had fallen into ruins by the 1960s, but was then restored. It currently hosts a tour and museum that showcase Rose Hall's slave history and the legend of the White Witch of Rose Hall.
Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios
Swim with the Dolphins, Sharks and Stingrays in their own natural environment. This attraction is located in Ocho Rios and offers various other animals to interact with, such as iguanas, snakes and a variety of birds.
Mystic Mountain, Rainforest Adventures
Mystic Mountain is an attraction that offers your bobsledding, ziplining, sightseeing, swimming and much more. You can book your trip for one or all of the attractions they have to offer and enjoy the day at the pool when you're done. The bobsledding activity is like an individual roller coaster where you can control the speed. It lasts approx. 3 mins from top to bottom.
Green Grotto Caves
These caves are another major tourist attraction in the Northern part of the island. You can book a tour with a guide, explore how the caves were formed and learn more about their history. Definitely worth checking out!
Appleton Estate
Always wanted to see where Jamaica's Appleton Rum is made? Take a tour of the rum factory, get some history and while you're at it, you might as well taste the rum!
Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville
Margaritaville has a few different locations throughout the island and is an entertainment destination. It is a restaurant that turns into a nightclub and has their own waterpark. You have multiple things to do at this exciting place that will keep you busy!
Along with all these amazing attractions, you always have the option of just lounging by the pool or beach on your resort! Whatever you decide, enjoy your trip and be safe.
